Team Torch is a community of men committed to growth, accountability, and real connection. We meet in person to share wins and challenges, push each other to improve, and have a damn good time doing it. Our gatherings are drug- and alcohol-free, grounded in respect, and open to all men—no matter your background, politics, or beliefs.
This is a place for honest conversation and practical action. We hold each other to our word. We listen without judgment and speak with candor. We reflect on where we’re falling short and step forward with clear commitments to be better husbands, fathers, leaders, and friends. Serving Our Communities with Strength and Purpose
An essential part of mature masculinity is service. We believe growth is incomplete if it stops with us. As a team, we give back several times a year through hands-on projects that support nonprofits and community organizations serving youth, seniors, and the environment.
We’ve served meals in soup kitchens, planted trees, cleaned litter from beaches, built sheds, refurbished homes, improved landscaping, and led Project Elf in Marin to deliver holiday gifts to families in need. We show up ready to work—shoulder to shoulder—bringing effort, humility, and heart. Service keeps us grounded, grateful, and connected to something larger than ourselves.
